About these Terms. These Terms of Use apply to the Peptide Plus mobile application (the “App”), which is owned and operated by Chippy Labs LLC (“Chippy Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all current and future mobile applications and digital software products we publish. Individual Apps may include additional in-app notices or policies that supplement these Terms.
Certain features may allow or require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may request account deletion at any time via legal@peptideplus.app or in-app settings where available.
The App is designed for informational, educational, and utility purposes only. It is not a medical device, diagnostic system, or substitute for professional advice. You assume full responsibility for any actions or decisions based on information provided by the App.
All software, text, graphics, logos, and design elements within the App are the property of Chippy Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. No license or ownership rights are granted beyond personal, non-commercial use.
The App may rely on third-party technologies for hosting, analytics, or advertising. Chippy Labs is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chippy Labs LLC and its members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms; continued use of the App after updates signifies acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed under applicable U.S. law.
